To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items eligible for return can also be returned for store credit. We issue a refund, minus the applicable shipping & handling fee. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase that is return-eligible, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For items return, the shipping is the amount you paid at checkout or for free shipping, the total shipping amount paid by Fabjetsetter Fashion plus 20% handling fee of the total amount of the product.
For items return for store credit, the handling fee is waived.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we received your return, we'll assess its condition. If we are satisfied, we'll issue a refund minus the applicable shipping & handling fees. The shipping and handling fee includes labor and material costs, packaging and restocking fees. Your estimated refund total will be shown before you submit your return online.
Returns are available to US members only for return-eligible products shipped within the US (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and returned to Fabjetsetter from within the US.
Fabjetsetter Fashion Boutique reserves the right to restrict or deny store credit or refunds for abuse of this policy or for returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items not eligible for return include (but are not limited to): opened items, swimwear, intimate apparel, personalized items, some luxury goods, health and & beauty products (including make up), heavy/bulky items, voucher, gift cards. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we're committed to doing our best to find a solution. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
